About Me
My journey through design, technology, and storytelling.
I am a designer driven by curiosity about how people learn, sense, and connect with the world around them. My work focuses on creating digital experiences that make complex subjects like wine and sensory education intuitive and engaging. I'm especially interested in the intersection of interaction design, storytelling, and emerging technologies.
Experience & Education
Freelancer
Thirsty_Puppy
This is my playground for unbridled experimentation. Thirsty_Puppy is where I slip the leash of convention to blend visuals, and motion into digital experiences that feel alive. It's about chasing the new, the weird, and the wonderful.
Lake Heckaman Installation (with FrameLabs)
Role & Learning: Configuring Lidar sensors for interactive art.
Assisting FrameLabs on this installation taught me the rigors of on-site hardware configuration. My primary focus was configuring Slamtec S2 Lidar sensors with static IPs, ensuring the tracking system was robust enough for a high-traffic exhibition.
Lollapalooza India 2025 Previz (for Spryk)
Role & Learning: Stage visualization in Unreal Engine.
Building the stage pre-visualization for Spryk’s performance allowed us to test lighting and visuals before the festival build. I worked in Unreal Engine to simulate the stage environment.
Digital Explorations
Role & Learning: Continuous experimentation.
I document my learning process through daily sketches, from tracking with Mediapipe in TouchDesigner to environment design in Unreal Engine. These experiments keep my skills sharp and my curiosity active.

Founder
Dionysus Design
Dionysus Design is my dedicated practice for educational technology. Through 'The Cellar', I build digital products that decant complex subjects into clear, approachable, and engaging experiences. It is where I prove that utility and beauty are not mutually exclusive, creating tools that make the pursuit of knowledge a pleasure.
Terroirs
Why it exists: To create spatial context for wine regions.
Geography is hard to grasp when it’s just lines on a flat map. With Terroirs, I wanted to make context accessible and engaging.
Pourfolio
Why it exists: To allow for interactive and social tasting notes.
Tasting notes are often solitary and static scribbles. I built Pourfolio to allow for real-time analytics of tasting notes so that educators can use that information to teach with objective data. By creating sharable tasting notes that can be catalogued and compared, Pourfolio allows the educators to track student progress.
Lineage Lab
Why it exists: To visualize complex grape genealogy.
The geneology of wine grape varieties facinated me and I wanted to create a tool that visualises connection on a map. By using a map, I wanted to make history a visual story that is open to exploration.
Wally
Why it exists: To make map exploration playful and narrative-driven.
Most wine education is technical and dry. Wally is my experiment in making exploration playful. It’s a map-based interface driven by narrative and curiosity rather than just data points. I wanted to solve the engagement drop-off that happens with traditional educational tools by treating the discovery of wine regions more like a game level than a textbook chapter.
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Spotlight Digital, Mumbai
Co-founding an agency was a crash course in orchestrated chaos. It was about building a culture where creativity could thrive under pressure. Wearing every hat from strategist to designer taught me that the best work happens when distinct voices are empowered to sing together.
India Wines and Spirits Award 2024
Role: Lead Design & Production Manager
Led the end-to-end design and production for the India Wines and Spirits Award 2024. This involved shooting product videos for 500+ wines, spirits, and sakes over a 9-hour marathon, animating them in Post-Production (After Effects), and managing the live show visuals via OBS for the on-stage LED panels.
WSET Level 2 Award in Wines
Wine And Spirit Education Trust, London
Passed with Distinction (92%)
Design is fundamentally sensory. Diving deep into the world of wine taught me to deconstruct complex experiences into notes of texture, flavor, and history.
Bachelor of Mass Media
St. Andrews College, Mumbai
The laboratory where I fell in love with visual language. This experience was an experiement where I allowed myself to be immersed in the world of design and media.
Junior College - Arts
St. Andrews College, Mumbai
Before designing for screens, I learned to understand the minds watching them. Studying Psychology and Sociology provided the empathetic anchor for my work, teaching me that every pixel interacts with human emotion, societal context, and personal desire.
